Questions
The paintings
Are these originals?
Yes. Every painting is an original, made by hand by the artist. A painting marked “one of a kind” is unique. Occasionally an artist paints a few hand-made versions of the same work; those pages say so clearly.
Do the photos show the real painting?
Yes — each painting is photographed in Ulaanbaatar, in daylight. Screens show colour differently, so if colour matters for your room, ask us for an extra photo.
Can I see more photos or a detail?
Of course. Write to us with the painting's name and we'll send more.
Paying
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details never reach our servers. Prices are in US dollars.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just keeps your orders, saved paintings and cart in one place.
Is sales tax added?
Not at the moment. If that changes for your state, the amount will be shown before you pay.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 7 days of your order. The time in transit depends on the courier and customs; you get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Will I pay anything when it arrives?
In the United States, no: shipping, insurance and import fees are included in the price. In other countries, the courier collects local duties and taxes on delivery.
Why does it come rolled?
Rolled canvas travels more safely and far more affordably than a crate. A framer can stretch it in a few days — see our framing guide.
Is it insured?
Yes, every shipment is insured for the full price of the paintings inside.
Returns
What if it arrives damaged?
Write to us from your order page within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We'll refund you in full, or agree a partial refund if you'd like to keep it.
Can I return a painting?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. You pay the insured return shipping to Ulaanbaatar; we refund the painting once it's back with us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for a full refund, until your order is packed. Use the button on your order page.
